Interesting, isn't it?
I don't understand why everyone is so afraid of it.
I mean, maybe if you believe in reincarnation, or becoming a ghost, destined to wonder the world because of some "unfinished business" or whatever.
Really, I think most people are afraid of where they'll go when their time on earth is over. But.. here's where that makes no sense. If you believe in the whole heaven or hell thing, and you don't want to go to hell, then all you have to do is follow instructions, and you'll go to heaven. If you don't believe in any of that, then what do you have to worry about, anyway? You die, and that's it.

Then, suicide. That's equally, if not more interesting.
If a person commits suicide, -obviously- they weren't happy, and they just didn't want to be depressed anymore. What's so wrong with that? I mean, I understand people not wanting their loved ones to be gone from their lives, or feeling as though they couldn't do anything to help, or if you believe when you commit suicide, you go to hell, but in the end, it's their life, right? Let them decide.
